Tuff Tots

Little movers have big things to discover! Tuff Tots turns songs, movement, and skill stations into a fun introduction to the gym. As your child explores new ways to move, balance, and stretch, they’ll practice following directions and trying new challenges—building confidence one small success at a time.

Fundamental Tumbling

Every cartwheel starts with the courage to try. Fundamental Tumbling gives beginners a place to discover what they can do, from their first rolls and handstands to cartwheels and roundoffs. Your child will build body awareness, coordination, and a foundation for future skills while learning the value of practice and celebrating progress along the way.

Experience: Beginners start here—no prior tumbling experience needed.

Level 1 Tumbling

Give your child a new challenge to feel proud of! Level 1 builds on the basics as athletes work toward front and back walkovers. Each step offers a chance to develop control, persistence, and confidence, helping your child see how steady practice can turn a challenging skill into a personal achievement.

Prerequisites: Forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and backbends.

Level 2 Tumbling

Ready for that next exciting milestone? Level 2 helps athletes take their front and back walkovers further as they work toward back handsprings. Your child will have a goal to work toward and opportunities to strengthen technique, stay focused, and build the confidence that comes from taking on a new challenge.

Prerequisites: Front and back walkovers.

Level 3+

Keep their passion for tumbling growing! Level 3+ gives experienced athletes new goals to pursue through connections, tucks, front and back layouts, and fulls. As your child works on more advanced skills, they’ll have opportunities to refine technique, develop persistence, and experience the pride of seeing their hard work come together.

Prerequisite: Back handspring.
