Ages 0-3

TINIES Open Gym

Toddler Open gym play time – not a structured based class

Ages 3 -5:

Tuff Tots Tumbling 

Warm up movements with song, drill fundamentals, skill based stations and stretch

CHEER 101

Fundamental tumbling and fundamental cheer stations/drills.

Ages 5-18+

Fundamental Tumbling

 rolls, handstands, cartwheels*, round offs*

Intermediate Tumbling 

Backbends, front & back walkovers backhandsprings*

Advance Tumbling

Mastered the backhandspring, working on connections and tucks*  Front and Back

Elite Tumbling

Mastered back tucks, working on layouts, standing tucks, elite tumbling passes

Adult Tumbling

All level tumbling for tumblers 18+ age

Wrestling

Practice and master sequences with partners of similar age/height/experience to use in the ring  


CHEER CLASSES

BALANCE AND FLEXIBILITY

Stretches and drills to enhance cheer flyer body positions as well as balance

JUMPS & CONDITIONING

Drills and exercises to elevate and build muscles used for jumps.

STUNT CLASS

Suitable for all positions involved for cheer stunting. Sequences and form for basic to elite stunts are worked during the class. Stations to work form are set up based on athlete role being worked.
